Garment Hanger / Inspector Full Time

Job Purpose 

To safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers to be sent into the steam tunnel for  pressing and visually inspecting all garments for proactive repairing, such as holes, tears or damaged  zippers. Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. 

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately places customer garments on hangers to be sent into the steam tunnel for pressing  and visually inspecting all garments for proactive repairing, such as holes, tears or damaged zippers.

Consistently meet or exceed the departments quality requirements.

Operates in accordance with policies and rules, while performing routine safety checks on own  equipment and workspace.

Uses clear and effective elementary verbal communications skills under supervision. Basic minimum  language communication skills in speaking and understanding English. 

Education 

General Education 

High School diploma or GED preferred. 

Experience 

General Experience 

Production and teamwork environment preferred. 

Managerial Experience 

None
